A large group of protesters were trapped on the Manhattan side of the Brooklyn Bridge early Wednesday morning.
“NYPD have blocked protesters and trapped us on the Brooklyn Bridge on the Manhattan side,” tweeted one protester, who had waited 50 minutes after being told to wait ten.
