Adverse consequence of long running constant Democrat and Media Attacks on Trump

Paul Craig Roberts

An unfortunate consequence of the attacks on Trump, whether justified or not, is that it is difficult for President Trump to acknowledge the severity of the health and economic crises.  If he timely acknowledges the seriousness of the situations, the result is that more blame is poured on him, which makes it extremely difficult for him to lead us during these dangerous and troubled times.

The constant criticism from Democrats and media are creating more risks for all.  This is no time for partisan politics.  This is a time to pull together.  Democrats and media should provide support and turn their criticisms into reasoned suggestions for policies that they think would be helpful, not use the crises for selfish ends.

Fighting among ourselves in such a serious situation is not a survival trait.

Sharing is caring!
