Second Migrant Caravan Carrying Firearms and Gasoline Bombs: Mexican Authorities by Sara A Carter
TDC Note – The fact that President Trump is offering real leadership on this issue is scaring the daylights out of most democratic politicians – they have no answer because they have never, ever been challenged – those days are over.
Mexican and Guatemalan police were attacked with by caravan members with stones, firecrackers, and glass bottles.
exican authorities claim that some migrants from the second caravan making its way through Mexico to the U.S. border are carrying firearms and gasoline bombs.
Mexican Interior Secretary Alfonso Navarrete defended his country after Honduran man from the caravan died during an altercation with Guatemalan and Mexican police, saying the police were attacked with “stones, firecrackers, and glass bottles.” He also said some of the attackers were carrying firearms and gasoline bombs.
The unidentified 26-year-old Honduran man was killed by a rubber bullet after migrants clashed with authorities on a bridge on the border of Mexico and Guatemala. The migrants broke down a metal police barrier and firefighters said dozens of people were injured.
The news of the caravan comes on the heels of President Trump’s recent comments that “some very bad people” were mixed in with the migrant group.
Many Gang Members and some very bad people are mixed into the Caravan heading to our Southern Border. Please go back, you will not be admitted into the United States unless you go through the legal process. This is an invasion of our Country and our Military is waiting for you!
