Parrots and Sheep
Parrots and Sheep by Rory, The Daily Coin
“Shortly, the public will be unable to reason or think for themselves. They’ll only be able to parrot the information they’ve been given on the previous night’s news.” ~Zbigniew Brzezinski
How often do you find yourself attempting to engage in an intelligent conversation about the days events and the person you are speaking with can only offer their opinion or the talking points offered up on TV/radio within the past few days/hours?
If you try to speak with someone who only follows deadstream media this is usually what one will encounter. I continually hear/read people saying something to the effect of “the powers that be are losing control” or some such nonsense – I even catch myself saying it. The people in control of the narrative are not losing control. If you look around you will find some of your favorite analyst, authors and researchers quoting endlessly the deadstream media. It is difficult to move away from what these outlets are saying as most of the important people only want to speak with the “news organization” with the largest audience. The deadstream media still has the largest audience. I don’t like it either, but facts are facts.
The only way we can take control of the narrative is to completely ignore what is said through the outlets that we claim to despise. Well, if we despise them, we should stay away from them. Isn’t that how we treat the people in our lives we don’t want to be around – ignore their phone calls, knocks on the door or casual conversation at dinner party/event? What’s the difference? Actually, there is huge, monumental difference.
If one ignores an aggravating neighbor that’s not a big deal, but if one pay attention to the deadstream media that has a direct impact on ones life. It could actually place a person in harms way instead of providing shelter. I am not suggesting the new media/independent researchers are going to save lives, what I am suggesting is the new media/independent researchers are much more agile and deliver, in most cases, the truth of what is actually happening with fact based analysis. When was the last time the deadstream media referred to a false flag or even questioned any of the mass shootings around the world? Not one time has the deadstream media ask about video tape at San Bernardino (government building), Orlando (nightclub and I feel confident equipped with at least 2 videos), Paris (one of the more heavily surveilled countries in the world) or Sandy Hook (government building) – not one time did any deadstream media ask about video tape.
When we find ourselves in conversation with another person who is parroting what they have heard and, more importantly, what they have not heard, who is actually in control of the narrative? The people rarely question what comes out of the TV or radio and they take it at face value. So, who is winning the information war? If our nation becomes nothing more than a bunch of parrots, which a lot have already made the transition, they will surely be slaughtered as a bunch of sheep.
