Over the past few decades, technology has provided us many different paths to go down. New inventions have greatly benefitted mankind, but some of our new technology has presented dangerous choices – many we have never faced before.

Genetic engineering, deforestation, chemical farming, dependencies on life-long pharmaceuticals, vaccines, food additives, polluted water, and the dependency on fossil fuels are merely some of the man-made creations that have led us down the wrong path.

It’s time to learn from our mistakes and make healthy changes so we can find our way back to a healthy balance.

Detoxing your body from food chemicals and environmental pollutants is one way to restore your health from our modern chemical lifestyle. The key to detoxing is learning what you are detoxingHow can you restore your health if you don’t know what’s causing your health symptoms? Then, you can avoid re-exposure.

The first step in my program is getting a hair analysis. There are many medical tests available to provide you answers, but the hair analysis is one of the best tools to identify exposure to toxic metals. The lab that I use charts how toxins affect your nutrient levels, and learning what vitamins and minerals need to be addressed is one way to restore health quicker.

After years of environmental field work, and after curing myself of near-fatal aspartame poisoning, I developed my 10-Step Detox Program.

If detoxing works well in the environment, I figured that it would work for my own health. And, it did.

When I created my personal detox protocol, I studied the natural elements that I used as an environmental engineer that removed toxins from the soil, water, and air. I then applied them to human health.  

This is the core to removing toxins. These are the natural elements that I used:

    • French Green clay
    • Vitamin C from fruit
    • B-Complex
    • Pure B3 Niacin
    • A digestive enzyme
    • A quality multi-vitamin with trace minerals

When given the right tools, your body can cleanse and remove toxins that are of no nutritional value.

Detox Lifestyle

Generally, if you cleanse one toxin, you can cleanse them all. The only difference is the time that it may take, and the hair analysis can help determine that.

When you develop a detox lifestyle, you can cleanse your body of everyday toxins that are at the root of illness; toxins that are increasing in today’s modern world.

My Detox Program is all-natural, and can be used for your lifetime as a “health maintenance program“, or if future health concerns develop.
