Neocons, CIA and the “deep state” in the U.S.. NATO in Europe. Who else is being aggressive in our world towards other nations? Who else is continually poking Russia and China to provoke a war? What actions have Russia or China demonstrated that makes a thinking person say “Why are they being aggressive?” Not one time is this the case. The U.S. has a military budget that is more than double the rest of the world combined! Who is the real aggressor?
Getting kicked around in Syria by people that want their country back, want the terrorist gone/killed? Well, change locations and continue feeding the war machine/military contractors at the Pentagon. Same story, different location, same result – never ending death and destruction for absolutely no reason other than to enrich the few.
Iraq’s Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi announced the start of an offensive to retake Mosul, the capital of Islamic State’s so-called caliphate in Iraq.
“The hour has come and the moment of great victory is near,” he said in a speech on state TV, surrounded by the armed forces’ top commanders. “I announce today the start of the operation to liberate the province of Nineveh.”
The assault on Mosul is backed the U.S.-led coalition and could be one be the biggest military operations in Iraq since the 2003 U.S.-led invasion that toppled Saddam Hussein.
“We are proud to stand with you in this historic operation,” Brett McGurk, U.S. envoy to the coalition against Islamic State, said on Twitter at the start of the Mosul offensive.

If I understand correctly NATO/U.S. “coalition” is bombing CIA funded, trained and armed ISIS/ISIL/al-Nusra/al-Queda in Iraq but not in Syria? What’s the difference?
