I’m 45 with a messed up back. I still have been doing what I can to get in shape. walking, wearing my loaded carrier for a few hours a day, a few sets of pushups daily, it will all help a little. Our neighborhood safety and security team are all a little on the older side but we do have a few good young bucks for our “HEAVY LIFTING”
Admit and accept your personal limitations and adjust for that in your plan. I can’t physically keep up with the 25 year olds but I do shoot better than most of them. what I lack the others take up, what they lack I work to make up. TEAM TEAM TEAM.
