awesome video. I’m currently beginning my journey back into fitness and I’m approaching it a little different
from a beginners pov. I mean someone new to trying to get back in shape or first time trying period. And I incourage them to ease into it at fist. As I am. Because I feel DOMS is a real turn off for people subconsciously if it’s to severe the pain pushes them away from continuing to work for it. I like that little bit of pain that tells you. You got the job done! I know your more advanced in fitness. And this topic is not just geared towards fitness.
But if you have some time I’d like your input on my fitness approach. And the two video’s where it’s mentioned is “A walk in talk”
