Nothing that you are about to read is intended or implied as advice. I am not a doctor, nor do I have any background in health care. This is being shared with you to inspire your research, questioning of the answers you are given and to explain what I am doing, why I am doing it and how I am doing it. You, on the other hand, should seek medical advice from “practitioners of medicine/health” aka a medical doctor.
This is the first of many more reports on what is happening at The Daily Coin to improve our health. We will be providing much deeper analysis of how we are improving our health and improving our lives. We hope you come along for the ride and are inspired to do your own research and question the answers we have all been given all our lives. Just as the financial and economic information – that we report on daily – is all a lie we are discovering the same holds true in the area of our health and nutrition. It all needs to be reexamined. Today, we begin that journey. After spending 54 years on planet earth, and not living the healthiest of life styles, it’s time to get serious about sticking around. I love life and all the wonders life has to offer. I have heard it said that every year over 50 is a gift and should be treated as such, especially for men.
As many of you know we have been publishing a great many articles on health, more specifically, alternative healthy living solutions and their benefits. This includes the introduction of turmeric, garlic, ginger and a variety of other herbs, as well as exercise. Beginning today here are a couple of changes that will be instituted in our daily routine. – Golden Milk – this is my own blend and will likely change over time as more information comes to light. Golden milk has a base of almond milk and contains the following ingredients that I mix into a fruit smoothie. All ingredients are organic and Non-GMO. No sense in trying to get a grip on ones health if the ingredients used are going to continue poisoning the body.
The Daily Cocktail consist of the following ingredients – – one cup almond milk (as time allows I will be making my own and share the recipe) – one teaspoon each – turmeric powder, garlic powder, ginger powder – 1/4 teaspoon spirulina powder – one eye drop of oregano oil – two eye drops CBD (cannabis oil) – one banana, 3-5 strawberries, handful of blueberries – all fresh when available. Throughout the year I gather the strawberries and blueberries then freeze them for use during the winter months. This way I have a better chance of getting the best fruit for The Daily Cocktail. – walking at least 15 minutes twice daily – walking to the point of elevating my heart rate and creating a slight amount of stress on my overall body. This will change, in short order, and steadily increase to the point of running 20-30 minutes daily. Starting this process slowly, and continually ramping up, will give me a better shot at not killing over dead from a heart attack. Don’t want to kill myself trying to be healthy!!
According to everything that I have been reading, and posting most of the information that I have found – Click here for a comprehensive list from a variety of sources – points to these ingredients being just short of “wonder drugs” and have the potential to, not only heal the body, but help maintain the vital organs, blood and mind. What I have learned, most recently, is inflammation is one of the main problems our bodies encounter. Turmeric helps to alleviate inflammation throughout the body. For me, this makes perfect sense. If inflammation is controlled, like the swelling of blood vessels, heart valves and various other internal cells and organs – that we may not even know they are swollen/swelling – then the body has a much better chance at healing itself and thereby, reducing our exposure to “practitioners of health” we call “traditional doctors”. Remember, these doctors will be more than happy to remind you they only practice medicine. Well, I can practice medicine too!! At least at home on myself and have just as good a chance of getting it right as someone else who is practicing. Since I have the capacity to read, use my critical thinking skills and evaluate a situation, what is the difference?
For many years, the federal government estimated 98,000 Americans were killed each year by preventable medical errors. New studies are finding what many experts know to be true – the number is actually exorbitantly higher. In fact, around 440,000 Americans are killed annually by physician, hospital or nurse errors. Medical malpractice lawyers at Pintas & Mullins dive deeper into these studies and why so many are killed by negligence. Source
According to the CDC there are just over 35 million “discharges” from hospitals each year. Over the past few years the CDC has been exposed as nothing more than a mouthpiece for big pharma and the medical industrial complex. The report that is linked reads like a prospectus for a company stock. Why shouldn’t it since big pharma, the medical industrial complex and research companies need to know how and, more importantly, what to target for maximum profit. The above is to point out that I have just as good a chance of healing myself as I do by placing my health – my life – in the hands someone else who is practicing. Yes, they have a degree and have spent a lot of time studying health, however, we are learning through whistleblowers, studies and research that a significant portion of what has been taught over the years is flawed information to say the least. When billions of dollars are at stake there are billions of reasons for information to be swayed, slanted and sterilized to the point of benefiting the people at the top and keeping the patient on life support to drain even more billions dollars. Cancer is a multi-billion dollar annual industry. We can cure “erectile dysfunction” but not cancer. Seems to be a flaw in there somewhere.
So, I am taking my life/health into my own hands. I will be providing regular updates to my progress – weight loss, clarity, energy and a variety of other aspects as they make themselves known. As the ingredients list changes, to The Daily Cocktail, I will update that information as well. It should be fun and, who knows, I may be able to add a day or two to this wonder-filled ride. For the record, my health is, currently, fine, it just needs to improve and I need to be in charge of these improvements instead of someone else who may not have my best interest at heart and who may be working with flawed information. Remember how eggs were bad for you and now they’re good for you? Or how we were only getting half the story regarding cholesterol? Or the current firestorm regarding GMO labels on food? If GMO’s are not harmful, then why not label the products using GMO’s? Why are entire countries banning GMO food from the United States? What about how smoking was good for your lungs? The list of, literally, killer information is a long one. Time to listen to the people that have no vested interest in the information they provide, other than the fact they only want to help people and to encourage people to do what is best for themselves. Obamacare is a lie. Obamadontcare is much closer to the truth. Remember the disclaimer at the very beginning of this article – I am not a doctor and this is not intended or implied as advice. Do your own research and have a good time doing it. Who knows your research and study may actually wind up improving your life.
